Cancellation Policy for HŌM Wellness Getaway
At HŌM Wellness Getaway, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to provide clear guidelines for cancellations. By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy:
1. Written Notice Requirement:
- Participants must submit written cancellation requests to both homwellnessstudio@gmail.com and reservations@thehouseofaia.com.
2. Cancellation Deadlines and Penalties:
- Cancellations made at least 70 days before the retreat start date: Participants will forfeit the non-refundable $500 Reservation Deposit made to HŌM but will not incur additional penalties.
- Cancellations made less than 70 days before the retreat start date: Participants will forfeit the $500 Reservation Deposit and be charged a penalty equal to two nights’ accommodation per person, as assessed by Palmaia.
3. Non-Transferable Payments:
- Payments and deposits cannot be transferred to a future retreat date or participant. The booking is strictly tied to the chosen retreat date.
4. No Refund for Early Departure:
- Participants who leave the retreat early for personal, medical, or other reasons are not entitled to a refund of any kind.
5. Changes by the Company:
- While the Company reserves the right to make minor changes to retreat details, these modifications will not be grounds for refunds or cancellations without penalty.
6. Cancellation by the Company:
- In the unlikely event the retreat is canceled by HŌM Wellness Getaway, all payments made (excluding travel costs and other third-party arrangements) will be refunded in full.
7. Travel and Health Insurance:
- It is strongly recommended that participants purchase travel and health insurance to cover potential risks, including trip cancellation, illness, or emergencies.
By completing your booking, you agree to this cancellation policy and accept all terms outlined in the retreat’s Terms and Conditions.
